Amazing spa rooms
We totally loved the spa cabin we stayed in! The surprise 'Happy Anniversary' banner was such a sweet touch. The room had everything we needed—fridge, nice toiletries, and a log burner for s'mores! Breakfast was top-notch with loads of fresh options. Just wish the hot tub had been even more private.

We had a fantastic time enjoying the cozy small double room and the delicious hot meals in the lounge area. The garden was perfect for relaxing, and we loved the quirky outdoor games available for the kids. Just a bit of noise from the laundry early in the morning but it didn't ruin our stay. I’d recommend bringing earplugs! 😊

I stayed in a Deluxe Room for one night and really enjoyed the spacious layout. The decor looked fantastic, blending modern touches with a cozy vibe. The huge TV was a nice surprise, and I appreciated having fresh milk in the fridge for my coffee. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of options that kept me satisfied. Unfortunately, I faced a few hiccups. The room was quite warm, making it necessary to open a window. This also let in outside noise, which was distracting. I also had a small issue with the bathroom sink, as the tap broke off when I tried to turn it off. The staff were helpful and did manage to address issues quickly, which was a relief. Enjoyed my stay overall but felt the room's maintenance could improve for a more seamless experience.

Noise from the nearby laundry service can be disruptive, particularly early in the morning. The layout can be inconvenient for getting to certain rooms, with steep stairs that may not suit everyone. the dining experience can vary—some dishes might be overcooked, and there could be a wait for food during peak hours, which may frustrate diners expecting prompt service.

The service exhibited by the staff was truly commendable, with genuine care evident throughout my stay. The spa cabin was spacious and inviting, providing a lovely retreat. the hot tub could be warmer, and rain entering the area diminished the comfort a bit. an automatic shutter malfunctioning at dawn disrupted a much-needed sleep-in.
